Stacey Litvinchuk,

More than 25 years of health-system leadership.
Healthcare executive, registered nurse, Certified Health Executive, researcher and advisor. Stacey’s experience spans provincial clinical strategy, governance, quality and patient safety, operations, rural health, workforce and capacity planning, medical ethics and public policy.
She has led complex provincial initiatives and advised senior leaders and governance bodies. Her work connects strategy with practical implementation and sustainable organizational capability.
Stacey’s published work includes co-authored peer-reviewed research on surgical care, patient safety and health-system performance, alongside editorials and expert media commentary. Her recent co-authored analysis in The Conversation, republished in the Toronto Star, examines health-system resilience and Canadian security.
